We proudly hold the distinction as the first Arizona restaurant to acquire a state license for the culinary art of charcuterie. Our team brings expertise to your “table”, producing cured meats and items such as bacon, pancetta, coppa, pickles, and more. As a part of the charcuterie program, we have adopted a no waste practice, saving vegetables and whey scraps for local feed.
